Business Activities

NBS was established as the first solution company of the balanced scorecard in 2002 in Japan. NBS developed the first software "Cockpit Manager™" for strategy management in Japan, in accordance with BSC software function standard 1.0V that was announced by Balanced Scorecard Collaborative in 2000. The process from the plan of the strategy to strategy execution can be managed by "Cockpit Manager™" integratedly.　Moreover, not only the current numeric data but also the document, the text data, and the image data, etc. are processed as BSC data, and the execution situation etc. of the plan, results, and the strategy are fed back as a scorecard report. We will quickly solve the introduction, development and the execution problems into the scorecard, the performance dashboard, and management by objectives and the policy management, etc. by using two functions of the "Cockpit Manager™" software that designs the BSC strategy consulting, BSC and the strategy execution with features and abundant practice cases.
